2. Shipping Policy
2.1. Astronauts and Rockstars ships nationwide — because creativity deserves to travel.
2.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
2.3. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, for personalised orders, allow for 10 working days for personalisation. Please allow reasonable time for production and delivery.
2.4. Once orders leave our launch pad, we rely on our courier partners for delivery. We’re not responsible for delays or damages during transit but will assist wherever possible to resolve any issues.
2.5. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can help investigate and get things back on track.
3. Refunds and Returns
3.1. Every print we produce is made with care, but if you’re not totally over the moon with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange policy (see terms below).
3.2. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition you received them.
3.3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
3.4. Custom or personalized products (like names, designs, or special orders) are non-refundable — unless there’s a print or manufacturing fault. If that’s the case, let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.
3.5. Astronauts and Rockstars reserves the right to decline a return or refund if products don’t meet the above conditions.
4. Acceptable Use
When exploring our digital galaxy, please don’t:
- Use the website in ways that disrupt or damage performance.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, servers, or data without permission.
